1. Independent travel support

Airtravelreservation provides travel information, request handling and support guidance. It is not an airline, airport, hotel, insurer or government agency. Travel arrangements may be supplied, ticketed or controlled by third-party providers, whose own terms apply.

2. Information supplied by you

You are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, contact details and other information needed to respond to a request. Review every passenger and itinerary detail before confirming a transaction with a provider.

3. Availability, prices and payment

Travel availability, prices, taxes, service charges and fare rules can change until a provider confirms a booking. Where a third-party payment page is used, that provider’s payment terms and privacy notice apply. Do not send full payment-card details through a general form.

4. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Refund eligibility, change fees and deadlines are controlled by the ticket or service provider and the fare or booking terms. Airtravelreservation can help explain the next step, but it cannot promise a refund or override a provider’s rules. See Refund & Cancellation Guidance.

5. Provider information

Schedules, airport facilities, baggage allowances and service availability may change. Confirm time-sensitive information directly with the provider before travel, especially after a delay, cancellation or missed connection.

6. Acceptable use

• Use the site lawfully and provide information that is not knowingly false.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security or submit malicious material.
• Do not copy Airtravelreservation content or branding without permission.

7. Third-party links

Links to airlines, airports, booking platforms and other sites are provided for navigation or information. Airtravelreservation does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies or transactions.

8. Limitation and events outside control

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Airtravelreservation is not responsible for indirect loss or disruption caused by a provider, schedule change, strike, severe weather, technical failure or other event outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Updates

These terms may change when the website or service changes. The publication date above identifies the version shown on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

The current published terms state that Wyoming law applies and that disputes are handled in Sheridan, Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Confirm this jurisdiction with the business before publishing a final legal version.
